Project "Support"

The "Support" project is a closed club in which we help people cope with internal experiences and try to find ways to relieve mental pain, learn to live in a constantly changing reality.

Together with a team of psychologists, we systematically conduct free therapeutic groups and personal psychological consultations.

Join the "Support" project if you:
- you want to deal with constant excitement and emotional "swings";
- you feel lonely;
- you want to share what worries you and be sure that you will be heard and supported;
- you feel anxiety, apathy, panic attacks or other manifestations of depression and want to find support;
- want to discuss the problem with people who feel the same.

Join the new practical course from our "Psychodia" Foundation. The course was created by psychologists within the framework of the "Support" project for everyone who wants to learn psychological self-help skills. Recordings of lectures are already on the Foundation's YouTube channel.

A psychological support group has started work, where together with a psychologist we will work to strengthen emotional stability, master stabilization techniques and restore internal balance in this difficult time.

The Vadym Stolar Foundation team launched the online course "Sustainability". This course was created for people who are waiting for a loved one from the war and need emotional support to survive and not lose their common sense from strong experiences. Lecture recordings can be viewed on the Fund's YouTube channel.


As part of the "Support" project, we launched an online "Course about children - for mothers". The speaker of the course is a qualified child psychologist and our permanent expert Yana Kobets. You can view the recordings of all lectures on the Foundation's YouTube channel, where the specialist talked about the peculiarities of raising children at different ages - from birth to adolescence.

We also launched a series of videos with advice from a psychologist. Project curator, psychologist Alla Borisova prepared useful materials that will help everyone.
