The winner of the grant program of The V. Stolar Foundation set up an office for rehabilitation of Ukrainian servicemen

One of the winners of the second grant program of the Vadym Stolar Foundation - the "Strong and Indomitable" Charitable Foundation - equipped an office in the Myronivka Rehabilitation Hospital with everything necessary for rehabilitation of wounded servicemen.

"The charitable organization was able to equip the office with everything necessary thanks to a grant of UAH 400,000 from our Foundation. This includes a simulator for development of fine motor skills, which is necessary for soldiers who hold weapons in their hands, and a simulator for restoring movement of limbs after injuries", volunteer Iulia Ulasyk, project manager of The Vadym Stolar Foundation said.

The provided equipment has already been installed and is being successfully used in work of the institution, according to Oleksandr Horkusha, director of the Myronivka hospital. So far, about 150 servicemen have been rehabilitated there.

Iulia Omelchenko, director of the "Strong and Indomitable" Charitable Foundation noted Ukraine's great need for rehabilitation offices and specialized equipment, and thanked the partners for the opportunity to participate in the grant program and receive funding for their project.

"We strive to support initiatives aimed at helping our defenders, preserving their health and life. And thanks to cooperation with other organizations that are professionals in various fields, we can increase the efficiency of our activities and help even more people. The project "Grant for an important case" has already proven its effectiveness, and we will definitely continue its implementation", the founder of the Foundation Vadym Stolar said.
