There is a part of each of us that is still waiting for love... Do you feel it?

On Friday, August 15, at 6:00 PM in Kyiv, as part of the "Support" project, we invite you to an offline meeting with psychologist Alla Borisova. The theme of our event is "The Inner Child: Hear, See, Hug".

We so often ignore that part of ourselves that wants to dream, cry without shame, and simply be. This meeting will become a space where we will stop to give our inner child a chance to speak. We will not correct or analyze it. We will simply be there - with tenderness, attention, and acceptance. Because it is there - in contact with the inner child - that is the source of our lightness, joy, and authenticity.

During the meeting we will:
• perform gentle therapeutic exercises to meet the inner child;
• imagine ourselves in a safe children's space through deep meditation;
• share insights in a safe circle or simply be there;
• try to give ourselves what was missing - acceptance, support, warmth.
