Ukrainians affected by russian air attacks can take part in the "Recover" project of The Vadym Stolar Foundation

The Vadim Stolar Charitable Foundation has opened the acceptance of applications for Ukrainians affected by russian air attacks to participate in the "Recover" project.

The decision was made immediately after large-scale russian shelling on July 8, 2024, when enemy missiles attacked several Ukrainian cities at once and caused destruction, in particular, to the Okhmatdyt medical center, the largest children's hospital in Ukraine. The following day, the founder of the Foundation Vadym Stolar announced the provision of assistance in the amount of 10,000,000 hryvnias. Of which 5,000,000 hryvnias were transferred to the restoration of the "Okhmatdyt" medical center, and another 5,000,000 hryvnias were directed to psycho-emotional assistance to Ukrainian victims of air attacks within the framework of the "Recover" project.

The Vadym Stolar Foundation has been implementing the "Recover" project for over two years, practically since the beginning of large-scale russian aggression. Within the framework of this project, various categories of Ukrainians affected by the war receive psychological help and are emotionally reset in the safest and most beautiful places of Ukraine. In total, almost 2,000 Ukrainian families have already received such assistance during the implementation of the project.

"From 2022, at the "Recover" project, we provide psychological and emotional support to families with children who lost one of their parents in the war or were left without a native home. We expand our project now and accept applications from families with children under 18 who have been affected by russian missile and drone attacks. In particular, we invite families who have suffered the death or serious injury of loved ones or lost their homes to register", a volunteer of the Foundation Nataliia Prykhodko said.

"Massive missile attacks on Ukrainian cities once again demonstrated the inhuman nature of the war waged against us by the russian aggressor. They showed the cruelty and unscrupulousness of our enemy to the whole world, who hit the children's hospital, the mother and child center, and high-rise residential buildings with rockets. And they showed again the character and mutual benefit of Ukrainians, who immediately began to dismantle the rubble, rescue the victims and collect funds for the repair of the children's hospital. I could not stay away and also joined the nationwide collection for the restoration of the Okhmatdyt medical center. But in addition, I decided to send additional funds to the "Recover" project and to conduct rehabilitation measures for all victims of russian air attacks together with the team of our Foundation. Not only in Kyiv and not only on July 8", Vadym Stolar said.
