The new reservation procedure, which came into force on December 1, 2024

The lawyer of our Foundation, Kristina Prykhodko, continues a series of video tips on the intricacies of legislation on mobilization. In a new video, she explains the new booking procedure that came into effect on December 1, 2024.

Watch the video to find out how from December 1, 2024, you can book conscripts for the period of mobilization and for wartime. And in the post below, read about the new booking conditions.

Therefore, it will be possible to reserve an employee if he is on the corresponding list of conscripts of enterprises that are offered for reservation. And also if such an employee meets the following criteria:

1. He is on military registration.

2. Received a salary at such an enterprise for the last three months at least UAH 20,000 per month.

3. Fulfilled the obligation to clarify his personal data.

4. Not wanted.

Reservations can now be valid for 12 months.

It will be possible to book no more than 50% of employees. However, now this total number will not include conscripted women.

Importantly! The changes do not contain any requirements regarding the possibility of booking only those employees who were employed before May 18, 2024.

But as of this date, the number of employees at the enterprise subject to reservation is fixed, even if this number of employees has become smaller. That is, if there were 100 employees before May 18, 2024, and after May 18 they became 80, then the company will be able to book 50 employees - half of 100.

Conscripts booked before December 1, 2024 will have a corresponding deferment until February 28, 2025, even if the reservation is for a longer period.

And for those enterprises whose criticality status expired on November 30, 2024, such status is automatically extended until the end of the year, that is, until December 31.
