Resilience is born from small things — from what we rely on every day.

Yet we rarely think about the physical support of our body — the feet that do important work every single day.

As our trainer Yuliia notes, it is the feet that constantly bear our weight, influence posture, balance, gait, and even the feeling of fatigue.

That is why, for the Saturday section of the “Sport in the Neighborhood” project, Yuliia prepared a set of effective exercises for foot health. They improve circulation, relieve tension, strengthen muscles, and add confidence to our movements.
