Physical activity is not just about staying in shape.
In the project “Sport na rayon” we gather online three times a week not because “we need to train”. But because movement is a healthy routine, so necessary in difficult times. It is our drop of stability in an unpredictable world. A way to relieve tension, cope with anxiety and at least for a little while restore inner peace.
