Online group session with a psychologist: "Why Am I Always Tired? How to Find Your Sources of Energy"

On Saturday, July 25, at 6:00 PM, we invite you to join an online group session with psychologist Yana Kobets on the topic:

"Why Am I Always Tired? How to Find Your Sources of Energy."

The session is part of our Support project.

Register in advance here: https://forms.gle/KYqSMRUpFDtncdHX8

Do you wake up feeling exhausted, even after a full night's sleep? Do weekends pass, yet you still don't feel rested? Does it seem like you never have enough energy, even though nothing particularly overwhelming has happened?

If this sounds familiar, this session can help you better understand yourself, identify what is draining your energy, and begin restoring your inner resources.

The meeting will take place in a supportive online group setting and will include guided discussions, practical exercises, self-reflection, and the opportunity to connect with others facing similar challenges.

Participants are expected to keep their cameras on for most of the session. The meeting will last approximately two hours.

During the session, you will:

  • gain a better understanding of why fatigue can be emotional as well as physical;
  • explore what depletes your energy and what helps restore it;
  • learn simple practices to reconnect with yourself and better understand your own needs.

Fatigue doesn't always mean you need more sleep. Sometimes it's a sign that you've been carrying more than you can sustain for far too long.

We invite you to join us and give yourself the chance to pause, listen to yourself, and take the first step toward restoring your energy and well-being.
