Good morning everyone! Ready to cheer up? Let's do exercises for a tight stomach with our trainer in the Saturday section of the “Sports in the District” project!
A protruding belly is not always about being overweight. One of the reasons is a weak transverse abdominis muscle. It is responsible for supporting internal organs, helps the diaphragm work during breathing, and relieves the spine. If this muscle is inactive, the stomach can look more convex, even when a person is quite slim. So not only the abs, but also the deep muscles of the core deserve attention in your workouts!
Watch Yulia's video, perform 15-20 repetitions of each exercise every day and do 3-4 sets. And your forms will please you!
