Khrystyna Panasiuk is a singer, poet, composer, music teacher, and volunteer.

She began supporting Ukrainian defenders on the front lines with her performances back in 2014.

Despite her recognition, whenever people call her a star, the artist always responds: “No, our real stars are over there, on the left bank of the Dnipro.”

And she can never refuse when Ukrainian soldiers ask her to perform one of her songs.

For the third year in a row, Khrystyna is celebrating her birthday far from home — alongside her brothers- and sisters-in-arms. Since 2023, she has been serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“I want to stand shoulder to shoulder with our defenders and bring Victory back to my hometown, to my family, and to my loved ones,” the singer explained about her decision.
