Friends, you turn to our Charitable Fund for help, send your requests and expect a response as soon as possible. During the day, we can receive about 500 letters - and all with completely different questions.
Therefore, we decided to inform you a little about how our response algorithm works. After all, you are all very important to us, and your requests, and we perfectly understand this, are really urgent.
• After receiving the letter, the responsible volunteer determines to which department of the Foundation to send the letter.
• Then the request goes to the volunteer who supervises this line of work and agrees with our team.
• If a resource appears in the Foundation, we will respond to your email and try to meet your needs as soon as possible.
The work of volunteers is difficult and exhausting. And we try very hard to respond to all inquiries in a timely and positive manner.
