Good posture doesn't come from the magic words, "Sit up straight!"

Good posture doesn't come from the magic words, "Sit up straight!" It starts with the small habits you build every day—even as you're reading this.

If you spend most of your day at a computer or constantly looking down at your phone, this exercise routine from our trainer Alina is well worth adding to your daily movement. These four simple exercises, designed to help prevent and correct poor posture, will strengthen your muscles, open up your shoulders, and gradually improve your posture over time.

Perform each exercise for 10 repetitions. And remember: the best results don't come from pushing yourself to the limit—they come from consistency.
