Home comfort, favorite treats, and less activity are normal in winter, especially during the holiday season. That is why, in the Saturday section of the “Sport na Raioni” project, we suggest taking care of yourself and gently supporting your body — just the way we like it.
Today, we are performing a set of exercises for the inner thighs from our trainer Yuliia. Simple and comfortable, these exercises help restore a sense of tone, loosen the body after holiday meals, and gently remind it about movement — without rush or pressure.
To ensure the exercises are effective, repeat each one 15–18 times.
