According to recent studies, Ukrainians spend up to six hours online using their smartphones and about four more hours at the computer. In total, that’s more than 11 hours in the online space when considering all the devices we use throughout the day.
No wonder our necks often remind us of themselves, and our posture is far from ideal. So today, in the Saturday section of the “Sport in the Neighborhood” project, we’re taking care of our necks together with our trainer. We’ll be doing effective exercises to relieve tension, strengthen neck muscles, and improve posture.
All you need for this warm-up is a mat and a few minutes for yourself.
