Almost 2,000 Ukrainians participated in free sports classes from the Vadym Stolar Foundation

More than half a thousand Ukrainians have already participated in free sports classes from the Vadym Stolar Charitable Foundation after the spring restart of the "Sports in the District" program. And in 2022, this project reached more than a thousand participants.

We have been implementing the sports project for more than half a year
"The goal of the "Sports in the District" project was to restore the emotional balance of Ukrainians with the help of physical activities. Involvement in a healthy lifestyle is extremely important: sports help people to "reboot", feel strong and focus on the goal - the victory of Ukraine", - says the founder of the Foundation Vadym Stolar.

Our trainings are also available in the recording

According to volunteer Natalia Prykhodko, "Sports in the District" started in August of last year. First, the Foundation organized outdoor classes in the capital, selecting a team of trainers. All those willing could participate in physical activities in their area of the city. With the onset of cold weather, the project moved online, and now every willing Ukrainian can join the classes, which take place three times a week.

The curator of the project, Yulia, is a fitness trainer with 5 years of experience, a member of the Ukrainian national rowing team "Dragon". She knows better than anyone what is needed to train effectively and achieve the expected result. In addition to intensive training with Yulia, we additionally involve specialists and conduct yoga classes, seminars on proper nutrition, and lectures on health.
