A set of exercises for "computer neck syndrome"

Do you "hang" in gadgets for a long time? Do you constantly work at the computer? You are probably familiar with the problem of "computer neck". So, our new set of exercises is exactly for you.

For the Saturday section of the "Sports in the District" project, our trainer Yulia has prepared exercises to alleviate this condition, which usually manifests itself as pain. The reason is the characteristic tilt of the head, which a person maintains for a long time while sitting in front of a smartphone or monitor screen. And thereby causes a constant serious load on the neck.
