Practical course "Psychodia"

"Psychodia" is a new practical course from our Foundation, created by psychologists within the framework of the "Support" project for everyone who wants to learn psychological self-help skills.

Practical course "Psychodia"

The full-scale war brought constant stress, fear, uncertainty, and worry for our relatives into our lives. So many of us already know how difficult it is to understand our inner state and to be able to help ourselves in a moment when it seems that peace will never return to you.

And if you used to consume a lot of useful content and didn't feel any effect from it, don't be surprised. After all, expert advice only works when you act!

That is why our psychologists will teach us the practice of psychological self-help. They will explain in understandable language what exactly happens to us in difficult moments for us and teach us to regulate our condition independently.

The practical course "Psychodia" will be useful to those who seek:

• understand your inner state and understand its reasons;

• learn to distinguish between different psychological states and know in which situations you can help yourself;

• learn practical psychological self-help skills that are suitable for different conditions;

• know how to support a person nearby and provide him with psychological first aid.

The course will consist of educational videos from our female psychologists, which we will publish on the Foundation's social networks.

· The first video is ready for viewing. You will learn how to recognize fear, work with the feeling that remains when the threat has already passed. And also what to do if the fear has become chronic.

· It is difficult to describe what you feel during a panic attack. But one thing is obvious: you want it to pass as soon as possible and not to happen again. How to help yourself during a panic attack - see already in the second video.

· Why does stress occur, what stages does it go through and what can we feel in a stressful state. As well as effective self-help practices to cope with long-term stress - all this in a video by Yana Kobets.

· How does apathy manifest itself? How to support a loved one who is in this condition? What practices will come in handy when you feel apathy? Psychologist Yana Kobets talks about all this in a new video.

· Even more professional advice from our psychologist Yana Kobets, which she gives in a video about depression.

·How to help a person who is in a stupor? How long can this state last? How to help a person now and what to do when the stupor passes? All this is detailed in the video.

· What is the difference between anxiety and worry? What is the prevention of anxiety states and how to provide yourself with psychological help with an increased level of anxiety? About it in the video.
