Long-distance relationships are always a challenge. And for couples separated by war, it is a real challenge. Separation shifts priorities in relationships and adds new problems to existing ones.
Join the projectAre you waiting for a loved one to come home from the war and need emotional support to survive and not lose your sanity from the intense emotions? We invite you to join our online course "Resilience".
The team of the Vadym Stolar Foundation is pleased to present our new online course "Resilience" as part of the Support project.
Today, the war is not only for our freedom, but also for the preservation of our mental health, our values, and our families. However, the superhuman trials of today have become a burden not only on the shoulders of our courageous defenders, but also on those who wait for, support, and inspire our soldiers: mothers, wives, and children.
During our online meetings, we will talk about
- how to maintain long-distance relationships and survive the challenges that war throws at us every day;
- how to recognize and respond to the invisible consequences of war in a timely manner;
- how to maintain mental health in a crisis;
- how to help yourself and your loved ones to survive the states of anxiety, uncertainty, and loss;
- how to find the strength to live on and support your family in times of need.
