What awaits those who have not updated their credentials by July 17, 2024??

On July 17, 2024, the statutory period during which citizens were required to update their account data expired.

Today, in the "Legal Advice" project, our lawyer Kristina Prykhodko explains what to expect for those who have not done so by the deadline.

Therefore, a citizen who has not updated his data can expect:

1. Fines in the amount of UAH 17,000 or more. And if they are not paid on time, then 34 thousand hryvnias.

It will be practically impossible to appeal such decisions on bringing to administrative responsibility. There is such a chance only if the TCC makes a mistake during the execution of this resolution.

2. Restrictions on the right to drive a vehicle by court decision.

3. Receipt of a summons about the need to update data, or additionally about passing the VLK.

4. It is quite legal to enter the Armor base (evaders), on the basis of which they can be detained and delivered to the TCC for "express" mobilization.
