We listened to fascinating stories and learned little-known facts about a place in the heart of Kyiv that has become a silent witness to epochal changes. Such was our excursion to the St. Michael's Golden-Domed Monastery, which took place the other day as part of the project "Meet: Kyiv!".

Our participants explored the majestic shrine and admired the breathtaking panorama of the city. In the silence of the monastery walls, among the gold of the domes and the rustling of trees, they remembered how important it is sometimes to just stop, take a breath - and be alone with Kyiv.
