The group functions within the framework of the "Support" project, aimed at improving the psycho-emotional state of Ukrainians, which has been operating for two years. Psychologists of the Foundation helped 5 groups of Ukrainians and conducted more than 50 individual consultations during this time. More than 1,000 subscribers joined the group's online chat.
«Many people can join our free online psychological support group. Here, accompanied by a professional psychologist, you will be able to overcome negative emotions, work on stabilization techniques, restore strength and increase your resilience", a volunteer of the Foundation Nataliia Prykhodko said.
The "Support" project includes a number of other initiatives in addition to free psychological support groups. The "Resistance" course is aimed at psychological support of relatives and relatives of Ukrainian servicemen. The course "About children - for mothers" helps to understand and educate children and adolescents. The course "Psychodia" gives practical skills to support and provide psychological first aid to those around.
"We understand how important and how difficult it is for Ukrainians to maintain their vitality and emotional health during the war. And we strive with all our might to help them in this within the framework of our "Support" project, as well as all its courses and initiatives", the founder of the Foundation Vadym Stolar said.
