We publish what documents need to be collected in case of death of a family member or loss of housing.
Mandatory documents in case of death of a family member:
1) identification code;
2) passport, first and second pages and registration of place of residence;
3) marriage certificate;
4) death certificate;
5) a certificate of death while performing a combat mission (if the deceased was a serviceman);
6) birth certificate of the child/children.
Mandatory documents in case of loss of housing:
1) identification code;
2) passport, first and second pages and registration of place of residence;
3) IDP certificate;
4) statement about damaged or destroyed housing;
**We draw your attention to the fact that citizens whose housing is unfit for operation and living as a result of the war can take part in the project, as indicated in the corresponding statement in the "State of damage" column.
5) photo, video recording of the damaged or destroyed housing (if available);
5) birth certificate of the child/children.
Family members of a combatant include:
- the other spouse (if he (she) has not remarried);
- minor and/or minor children;
- adult children who do not have their families;
- parents;
- grandparents (if parents are deceased);
- dependents of the deceased (deceased), to whom a pension is paid in connection with this.
