Our Foundation works to help as many people as possible in the Kherson region

Volunteers of the Vadym Stolar Charitable Foundation immediately after the destruction of the Kakhovskaya HPP dam went to the Kherson region, where they delivered water and food products and helped the local residents. Vadym Stolar announced this on his Facebook page.

"The scale of the occupiers' crimes is increasing. The destruction of the Kakhovskaya HPP is a terrible technogenic disaster, the consequences of which Ukraine will feel for many years to come. Already today, tens of thousands of people are suffering in the disaster zone. So everyone who can is making efforts to help the victims. Our Charitable Foundation is also working to help as many people as possible who are stranded in the flooded lands of the Kherson region," said Vadym Stolar.

According to him, the volunteers are already there, in particular, they have come to the regional center and the town of Antonivka, which suffers from continuous shelling.

"We have delivered water and food kits, and are ready to provide the necessary assistance to the local residents who are constantly under fire and are now left without electricity, gas and means of livelihood. We will resist! We will win!" - said Vadym Stolar.

The Charitable Foundation itself also told the details of what was seen in the territories affected by the blow-up of the hydroelectric power station.

"It breaks my heart when we see the consequences of the crimes of the occupiers. Russia wants to destroy all living things in its path, but it will never succeed in destroying the humanity and unity of Ukrainians. All day in the Kherson region, we observe how people help each other: someone evacuates the victims, someone helps animals to escape, someone provides psychological support to those who need it. Our volunteers delivered drinking water and food. The strength of Ukrainians lies in unity. Despite everything, our people cannot be broken," says the message on the website of the Vadym Stolar Foundation.

We will remind that in February of this year, Vadym Stolar together with volunteers of the Foundation visited Kherson on a humanitarian mission. Four trucks of much-needed aid were then delivered: blankets, lanterns, candles, first-aid kits, hygiene products, food kits and much more.

In total, since the beginning of the full-scale war, the Vadym Stolar Charitable Foundation has provided 284,300 food kits for Ukrainians affected by the war.
