“The Unknown Andriivskyi Descent”

On Friday, 31 July, at 6:00 PM in Kyiv, we invite you to join our free guided tour, “The Unknown Andriivskyi Descent,” held as part of our “Let’s Get to Know Kyiv!” project.

Together, we will stroll along Andriivskyi Descent, one of the favourite walking spots for both Kyiv residents and visitors. We will explore its charming, picturesque courtyards and uncover fascinating stories from the street’s lesser-known history.

During the tour, you will hear about:

• the admirer of Andriivskyi Descent who wrote a novel inspired by it;
• well-known Kyiv residents and other notable people who once lived on this street;
• the history of its historic buildings, including rare wooden architectural landmarks from the 19th century.

Before the event, we will randomly select 10 winners (each ticket is valid for two people) who will attend the tour.

The exact meeting location will be shared with the selected participants.

Important: Participation is open to internally displaced persons, family members of fallen defenders, and people who have lost their homes.
