Sport is a unique way to "keep afloat"

Friends, we know that many of you love sports, just like us. After all, sport is a unique way to "stay afloat" when all other resources have been exhausted. And also - it's cheerfulness and good shape.

And it is the last one that you and I will work on for the next ten days in a free marathon from our Foundation!

The main prize of the marathon is an individual online consultation from our trainer Julia, during which she will reveal all the secrets of the home training program for the best result!

By participating in our 10-day #FundMarathon, you will receive:

• daily recorded lessons from professional trainer Julia with hot exercises for your legs;

• a community of marathon participants, united by a unique hashtag, which will inspire you and make your path to ideal shape brighter!

How to take part in a sports marathon?

• like each of our posts about the marathon on Instagram;

• join the Telegram chat of the "Sports in the District" project at the link: https://t.me/sport_fund;

• perform daily workouts and share videos with them in your stories with a mark of our Foundation;

• your page must be open.

We will announce the winner of the #FundMarathon on May 3 at 12:00 p.m., choosing him randomly from among those who have fulfilled all the conditions.

We accept your training videos until 10:00 a.m. on May 3.
