Now the AMOUNTS OF ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES for violating the rules of military accounting and legislation on defense, mobilization training and mobilization during the MARTAL STATE PERIOD are:
for violation of military accounting rules from 17,000 to 25,500 hryvnias
Such violations include, for example:
- non-arrival on summons to the TCC for military registration;
- absence, loss, intentional damage of military registration documents;
- refusal to receive a summons to appear before the TCC to clarify military registration data;
- untimely notification to the TCC, where the person is on military registration, of data on changes in personal information (for example: address of place of residence (stay), education, place of work and position;) etc.
For violation of the legislation on defense, mobilization training and mobilization:
- for citizens - from 17,000 to 25,500 hryvnias
- for officials of state authorities and local governments, legal entities and public associations - from UAH 34,000 to UAH 59,500
- Such violations include, for example:
- failure to arrive at the TCC on the day specified in the summons to determine the appointment for a special period, to clarify the account data;
- refusal to sign a summons and failure to appear at the TCC upon summons;
- refusal to receive a summons;
- refusal of heads of legal entities to provide information about available vehicles, i.e. evasion of military transport duty measures, etc.
Now it will be possible to impose an administrative fine for such offenses within ONE YEAR from the moment of commission, as well as without drawing up an administrative protocol of the TCC
