On Saturday, August 29, at 6:30 PM, we invite you to a group online session with a psychologist on “Childhood Patterns in Adult Life,” held as part of our “Support” project. The session will be led by practicing psychologist Yana Kobets.

Have you noticed that you tend to react the same way over and over again in similar situations? Do you put up with things when you really want to say “no,” fear making mistakes, or feel the need to earn love and approval? Often, these are not random reactions but patterns formed in childhood. If this sounds familiar, it may be time to understand what lies behind these habitual responses.

During the session, you will:

  • learn what childhood patterns are and how they develop;
  • explore your own recurring behavior patterns;
  • take part in a practical exercise to identify your patterns;
  • discover first steps toward making freer, more conscious choices.

The session will last 2 hours. We kindly ask participants to keep their cameras on for most of the session.

Join the group to better understand yourself and your reactions, and take a step toward meaningful change.
