Sometimes we strive very hard to be restrained, strong, and convenient for others. At the same time, deep inside we leave what is usually not принято to show to the world: anger, envy, resentment, shame, fatigue, fear. When these feelings have no space to be expressed, they accumulate and create inner tension.
On January 17, Saturday, at 18:00, we invite you to join an online group session with a psychologist on the topic “Getting to Know Your ‘Shadow’ Side,” held as part of our ongoing Support project. This meeting is not about “fixing yourself,” but about seeing, acknowledging, and stopping the inner struggle. The session will be led by practicing psychologist Yana Kobets.
