Today, October 1, Ukrainians mark three important occasions: Defenders of Ukraine Day, Ukrainian Cossacks Day, and the Feast of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, whom the Cossacks regarded as their patroness.

It brings us so much joy that lately we&rsquo;ve been able to make children&rsquo;s wishes come true so quickly. And we owe so much of this to each of you, our incredible miracle-makers! Without your kindness, generosity, and compassion, none of this would be possible.

Sadly, Ukrainian children today are growing up in the midst of war, carrying burdens far too heavy for their young shoulders. Yet despite everything, they still find the strength to support their friends, comfort us with hugs during difficult moments, and remain curious and open to discovering new things.

That&rsquo;s why we, as adults, must do everything we can to make their lives even a little brighter and keep their belief in miracles alive. This is exactly why we continue our &ldquo;Making Dreams Come True&rdquo; project.
