Friends, has anyone here not seen at least one Ukrainian cartoon about the legendary Three Cossacks?

Did you know that these cheerful characters were created by Ukrainian animator Volodymyr Dakhno?

Volodymyr Avksentiiovych recalled:
“I didn’t spend much time overthinking the Cossacks. I simply drew three Zaporizhian Cossacks in the style of the Three Musketeers. One turned out round and small, another thin and tall, and the third a strong, healthy fellow. Later, I was told that I had very accurately captured the Ukrainian character in these figures.”

☝🏻Dakhno created 23 animated films, including the full-length animated feature Eneida. He was a laureate of the Shevchenko Prize and a People’s Artist of Ukraine.
