Winners of the third competition for targeted grants from The Vadym Stolar Foundation within the framework of the “Grant for an Important Cause” program will receive one-time assistance within the framework of UAH 1,000,000 of total funding for the implementation of their projects.
“During the preparation of the third program, it was decided to focus on initiatives to provide direct assistance to defenders. Therefore, participants submitted projects for creation and equipping of offices to provide psychological assistance and physical rehabilitation to military personnel – combatants. The competition commission selected from over 100 candidates. It was difficult to make a decision, but in the end we determined the winners. One million hryvnias will be received by the Nikolsk Village Council and the Charitable Foundation “Restoration of the Spirit”. The Nikolsk Village Council will implement a project in which defenders will be provided with psychological support and socialization through special courses and workshops. In particular, with the aim of preventing the manifestations of post-traumatic stress disorder.

Within the framework of the grant provided, the “Restoration of the Spirit” Foundation will carry out activities to restore servicemen who have received mine and explosive injuries, according to plans personally developed for each of them.
“Our organization specializes in the medical, physical and psychological rehabilitation of Ukrainian heroes. And we promise that we will make every effort to improve quality of their lives”, Mariia Kosenko emphasized, project manager of the CF “Restoration of the Spirit”.
“For the third year in a row, we have been implementing a grant program that allows us to expand the Foundation's capabilities to help people during the war. In this cooperation, we help non-profit organizations implement their projects. As a result, even more Ukrainians receive the necessary support”, Vadym Stolar said, founder of the Foundation.
