Have you ever given up something important simply because you were afraid of being noticed?
Does the fear of other people’s judgment feel stronger than your dreams, goals, and opportunities?
On Saturday, June 20, at 6:00 PM, we invite you to join an online group session with a psychologist on the topic “The Fear of Being Seen: Why Is It So Difficult to Show Up as Yourself?”, held as part of our Support Project. The session will be led by practicing psychologist Yana Kobets.

This two-hour online meeting will provide a safe and comfortable space for meaningful conversations, self-reflection, and practical techniques to help you better understand yourself, your fears, and the internal barriers that hold you back.
This group is for those who:
• are afraid to express themselves, talk about their desires, or show the world who they are;
• find it difficult to ask for what they need, share their achievements, or step into the spotlight;
• constantly worry about what others might think;
• want to stop living in fear of judgment, criticism, and rejection.
During the session, participants will gain:
• a deeper understanding of how the fear of being seen develops and why it has such a strong impact on our lives;
• insight into the internal limitations that prevent self-expression in work, relationships, and personal growth;
• practical tools for reducing anxiety, shame, and fear of judgment;
• support in a safe environment alongside people experiencing similar challenges.
Sometimes the greatest fear is not failure — it is finally allowing yourself to be seen.
Join us for this session. Perhaps the time has come to take that step toward yourself.
